
Poster & sticker campaign
Research revealed that the New European College’s Bavarian location was one of its strongest points of appeal for prospective students — a factor that set it apart within an increasingly internationalised higher education landscape. This insight became the foundation for a creative response that celebrated the school’s cultural and geographical context in a playful yet distinctive way.
I developed a wordmark and slogan that referenced the iconic Brezn (pretzel), a symbol synonymous with Bavaria’s identity and hospitality. By integrating the Brezn’s distinctive looping form into the typography, the mark captured both a sense of place and a welcoming spirit, aligning with the college’s message of accessible, globally minded education.
The resulting visual identity provided immediate standout in an otherwise conventional and competitive marketplace
The campaign extended across posters, stickers, and badges, functioning both as a promotional device and as a secondary logo that complemented the primary branding system. This flexible, locally resonant mark helped position the college as modern, approachable, and proudly rooted in its environment.
