Over the years I have always kept a sketchbook at my side as a trusted companion on the graphic battlefield.
They serve as a recepticle for found bits and pieces of found graphic material that I like, an area to sketch out specific details for projects, or just the random ideas and thoughts that crop up during the day.
What is the most fun is that there is no rhyme or reason to how they go together, sometimes it was thought about, sometimes it was completely random.
Looking back they give a snapshot of what I was into at the time, where I was geographically, and what I might have found there.
